Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order, and they completely forgot about it. No update, no explanation just silence while I waited. When I reached out to ask what was going on, the staff was shockingly rude no apology, no ownership, just attitude. After waiting way too long, I ended up cancelling the order. And guess what? They still didn’t care. No “sorry,” no “let us make it right” just a thumbs up reaction 👍🏻 like my time and money meant nothing. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero care. What makes it worse is that I used to be a regular customer. Not anymore. After this experience, I’m never ordering from this place again.
