We came without a reservation and were told the view tables were reserved, but two of them stayed empty the whole time. Staff said they’d move us if one opened up, but they never did. I get that we didn’t book ahead, but leaving tables unused feels unfair and disappointing for customers. Terrible service and even worse attitude. The atmosphere is good, nice music, decorations and view, however the food was oily and tasteless. Those who took shisha had a severe headache afterwards and the day after.
